Hora dourada, hora azul e crepúsculo em Kuala Lumpur. Dados astronômicos NASA JPL DE441.
Conselho fotográfico
KLCC Park north lake shore at sunrise: face south for the towers reflected in the still water, with direct morning light warming the eastern faces of both towers. In the 15 minutes before sunrise, the towers are lit from within against a blue sky — a different exposure challenge from golden hour itself.
Kuala Lumpur sits at 3.1°N near the equator, giving golden hour a consistent 21 minutes year-round. The dominant subject is the Petronas Twin Towers (452 m, the tallest twin towers in the world from 1998 to 2004). KLCC Park at the base contains a shallow lake producing reflections from the north at dawn. The ideal position is the northern shore of the KLCC Park lake, facing south for the towers with the lake in the foreground — this works at both sunrise and sunset. The Menara KL tower (421 m) provides a viewing deck 1.5 km west for elevated compositions. The monsoon season (October–November) produces dramatic cloud formations; the dry season (June–August) produces cleaner skies.
