By using astrian.app you agree to these terms of use. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
What Astrian provides
Astrian offers free astronomical calculation tools, astrological reference content, and photography planning tools (Astrian Light). These tools compute planetary positions using the NASA JPL DE441 ephemeris. All core features are free to use. No account is required.
No professional advice
Astrian does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. Astrological content on this site is presented as symbolic and interpretive — not predictive, prescriptive, or diagnostic. You should not make decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or any other significant matter based solely on astrological information.

Accuracy
We work to ensure astronomical precision using the NASA JPL DE441 ephemeris. Planetary positions are accurate to within one arcsecond under normal conditions. However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the site is error-free at all times.
Astrological interpretation is inherently subjective. We present positions and the symbolic tradition associated with them; the meaning you take from that is your own.

All original content, design, and code on astrian.app is owned by Javier Linero unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You may share links to our content and use our tools for personal, non-commercial purposes without restriction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use astrian.app to scrape content at scale, to overload our servers, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our calculation engine. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or to misrepresent our content as your own.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, including the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE). Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
