About this chart
No birth time is documented for this person. The chart therefore shows planetary positions in their signs, the slow aspects between them, and the generational context — but not house placements, the Ascendant, or the Midheaven, which require an accurate birth time. The Moon's sign carries a ±6° margin: if it falls near a sign boundary, the sign could vary. Positions for all other planets are reliable.

The sky at birth
No birth time is documented for Lewis Hamilton. The Ascendant, the Midheaven, and the house positions cannot be determined; the reading is confined to planetary sign placements and the aspects between planets. The positions below are calculated for noon local time and are accurate to a fraction of a degree for the slow-moving bodies.
The Moon is near 22°15' Cancer (noon position, ±7° margin). Sun is at 17°08' Capricorn. Mercury is at 24°41' Sagittarius. Venus is at 3°34' Pisces. Mars is at 10°06' Pisces. Jupiter is at 22°58' Capricorn. Saturn is at 25°19' Scorpio. Uranus is at 15°43' Sagittarius. Neptune is at 1°43' Capricorn. Pluto is at 4°29' Scorpio.
3 bodies occupy Capricorn (Sun, Jupiter and Neptune) — a concentration that stands out as a structural feature of the chart.
The tightest major aspects between planets: Moon opposite Jupiter (0°43'); Venus trine Pluto (0°55'); Venus sextile Neptune (1°50'); Jupiter sextile Saturn (2°22'); Neptune sextile Pluto (2°46'); Moon trine Saturn (3°04').
Neptune sextile Pluto (2°46') is structural but generational — an alignment of slow-moving outer planets shared across many birth years.
The engine also registers tight minor aspects involving asteroids and calculated points: Ceres quincunx Juno (0°04'); Mercury quincunx North Node (0°07'); Venus square Chiron (0°19'); Saturn opposite North Node (0°31'). These are reported for completeness and carry less weight in traditional reading.
The chart was calculated using NASA JPL DE441 ephemerides, sub-arcsecond precision.

Astronomical context
Pluto moved through its own sign, Scorpio, from 1983 to 1995. In astrological tradition Pluto in Scorpio is read as an intensification of themes of power, depth, crisis, and regeneration — the generation that grew up amid the digital turn and a transformed relationship to risk.
Lewis Hamilton (born 1985) belongs to this generational configuration. Astrian groups profiles by such shared signatures rather than by any claim of shared destiny. Related profiles in Astrian: Michael Schumacher · Fernando Alonso · Max Verstappen. The symbolic reading is correlative, not causal.

Symbolic reading
The following describes what classical astrological tradition associates with these configurations. Astrian does not apply these descriptions to the person's biography.
The Sun in Capricorn is the most prominent structural feature available without a birth time, centring the chart on ambition, structure, and the long view. There is no Ascendant or Midheaven to anchor the angles, so the reading rests on sign placements and the aspects between planets rather than on houses.
Among the personal planets, the Moon in Cancer is associated in tradition with attachment, memory, and protection (the Moon's sign is given for the noon chart and may shift with an exact time); Mercury in Sagittarius with expansion, conviction, and the horizon; Venus in Pisces with imagination, dissolution, and empathy; and Mars in Pisces with imagination, dissolution, and empathy. These placements describe registers of feeling, thought, attraction, and action as the tradition catalogues them, independent of the life that follows.
Moon opposite Jupiter (0°43'): tradition reads emotional life and instinct set in polarity with expansion and meaning.
Venus trine Pluto (0°55'): tradition reads values, attraction, and harmony in easy flow with depth, power, and transformation.
Venus sextile Neptune (1°50'): tradition reads values, attraction, and harmony in supportive contact with dissolution, imagination, and idealism.
Jupiter sextile Saturn (2°22'): tradition reads expansion and meaning in supportive contact with structure, limitation, and discipline.
These placements are presented as a symbolic portrait, correlative and never causal — a description within the tradition's vocabulary, not an explanation of the life that follows.
Astrology is a symbolic language with 2,500 years of literature. The reading above is interpretive, not explanatory.
Astrian does not claim that the natal chart of Lewis Hamilton caused or determined any of the above. Astrology is a symbolic system with 2,500 years of literature. Its capacity for retrospective description does not imply explanatory capacity.
A parallel life
The following are verified biographical facts. No connection to the natal chart is implied.
Sir Lewis Carl Davidson Hamilton was born on 7 January 1985 in Stevenage, England. He began karting as a young child, supported by his father, and rose through the junior categories with backing from a driver development programme, an unusually structured path to the top of the sport.
He entered Formula One in 2007 with McLaren, immediately challenging for the championship in his debut season, and won his first world title the following year. He later moved to Mercedes, with whom he formed one of the most successful partnerships in the sport's history, winning a long succession of world championships. In total he won seven world titles, equalling the all-time record, and he set the records for the most race wins and most pole positions in Formula One history.
The first Black driver to compete in Formula One, he became a prominent advocate for greater diversity and inclusion in motorsport and a public voice on social issues, using his platform to campaign on matters beyond the track. He was later knighted in recognition of his achievements.
Toward the later part of his career he announced a move to Scuderia Ferrari, joining the historic team for a new chapter.
Hamilton is regarded as one of the greatest drivers in the history of Formula One, his record-equalling championships and record-setting victories defining an era of the sport, with an influence that extended into wider cultural and social spheres.
