About this chart

No birth time is documented for this person. The chart therefore shows planetary positions in their signs, the slow aspects between them, and the generational context — but not house placements, the Ascendant, or the Midheaven, which require an accurate birth time. The Moon's sign carries a ±6° margin: if it falls near a sign boundary, the sign could vary. Positions for all other planets are reliable.

The sky at birth

No birth time is documented for Allen Iverson. The Ascendant, the Midheaven, and the house positions cannot be determined; the reading is confined to planetary sign placements and the aspects between planets. The positions below are calculated for noon local time and are accurate to a fraction of a degree for the slow-moving bodies.

The Moon is near 20°21' Taurus (noon position, ±7° margin). Sun is at 16°17' Gemini. Mercury is at 20°56' Gemini, retrograde. Venus is at 1°14' Leo. Mars is at 12°55' Aries. Jupiter is at 17°57' Aries. Saturn is at 17°44' Cancer. Uranus is at 28°43' Libra, retrograde. Neptune is at 10°15' Sagittarius, retrograde. Pluto is at 6°30' Libra, retrograde.

The tightest major aspects between planets: Jupiter square Saturn (0°14'); Sun sextile Jupiter (1°41'); Venus square Uranus (2°31'); Moon sextile Saturn (2°37'); Mars trine Neptune (2°40'); Mercury sextile Jupiter (2°58').

Neptune sextile Pluto (3°45') is structural but generational — an alignment of slow-moving outer planets shared across many birth years.

The engine also registers tight minor aspects involving asteroids and calculated points: Uranus sesquiquadrate Lilith (0°05'); Venus trine Pallas (0°10'); Mars semi-sextile Ceres (0°14'); Ceres sextile Lilith (0°28'). These are reported for completeness and carry less weight in traditional reading.

The chart was calculated using NASA JPL DE441 ephemerides, sub-arcsecond precision.

Astronomical context

Pluto travelled through Libra from 1971 to 1984. In astrological tradition this transit is associated with the transformation of relationships, partnership, and the idea of balance — the cohort that redrew norms around marriage, equality, and the terms of personal alliance.

Allen Iverson (born 1975) belongs to this generational configuration. Astrian groups profiles by such shared signatures rather than by any claim of shared destiny. Related profiles in Astrian: Magic Johnson · Shaquille O'Neal · Kobe Bryant. The symbolic reading is correlative, not causal.

Symbolic reading

The following describes what classical astrological tradition associates with these configurations. Astrian does not apply these descriptions to the person's biography.

The Sun in Gemini is the most prominent structural feature available without a birth time, centring the chart on curiosity, exchange, and versatility. There is no Ascendant or Midheaven to anchor the angles, so the reading rests on sign placements and the aspects between planets rather than on houses.

Among the personal planets, the Moon in Taurus is associated in tradition with stability, persistence, and the tangible (the Moon's sign is given for the noon chart and may shift with an exact time); Mercury in Gemini with curiosity, exchange, and versatility; Venus in Leo with expression, pride, and the creative self; and Mars in Aries with initiative, directness, and the will to begin. These placements describe registers of feeling, thought, attraction, and action as the tradition catalogues them, independent of the life that follows.

Jupiter square Saturn (0°14'): tradition reads expansion and meaning in friction with structure, limitation, and discipline.

Sun sextile Jupiter (1°41'): tradition reads identity and central purpose in supportive contact with expansion and meaning.

Venus square Uranus (2°31'): tradition reads values, attraction, and harmony in friction with disruption and innovation.

Moon sextile Saturn (2°37'): tradition reads emotional life and instinct in supportive contact with structure, limitation, and discipline.

These placements are presented as a symbolic portrait, correlative and never causal — a description within the tradition's vocabulary, not an explanation of the life that follows.

Astrology is a symbolic language with 2,500 years of literature. The reading above is interpretive, not explanatory.

Astrian does not claim that the natal chart of Allen Iverson caused or determined any of the above. Astrology is a symbolic system with 2,500 years of literature. Its capacity for retrospective description does not imply explanatory capacity.

A parallel life

The following are verified biographical facts. No connection to the natal chart is implied.

Allen Ezail Iverson was born on 7 June 1975 in Hampton, Virginia, and grew up in difficult circumstances. A gifted athlete in both basketball and American football as a teenager, his path to college was complicated by a controversial legal case before he attended Georgetown University, where he played college basketball before entering the NBA.

He was selected first overall in the draft and joined the Philadelphia 76ers, the team with which he is most closely identified. Despite being relatively small for a professional guard, he became one of the most prolific scorers of his era, winning multiple scoring titles and, in 2001, being named the NBA's Most Valuable Player while leading Philadelphia to the Finals.

Known by the nickname "The Answer", he was admired for his fearlessness in attacking much larger opponents, his quickness, and a celebrated crossover dribble. His influence extended well beyond statistics: his style, appearance, and embrace of hip-hop culture made him a defining figure in the way the NBA intersected with broader culture, and he became a major influence on younger players and fans.

His career was also marked by friction with aspects of the league's establishment, including a widely discussed press-conference exchange about practice that became part of sporting folklore. He played for several other teams later in his career before retiring.

Iverson is remembered as one of the most exciting and culturally significant players of his generation, a figure whose impact on the game's image was as notable as his achievements on the court.
