About this chart
No birth time is documented for this person. The chart therefore shows planetary positions in their signs, the slow aspects between them, and the generational context — but not house placements, the Ascendant, or the Midheaven, which require an accurate birth time. The Moon's sign carries a ±6° margin: if it falls near a sign boundary, the sign could vary. Positions for all other planets are reliable.

The sky at birth
No birth time is documented for Kevin Durant. The Ascendant, the Midheaven, and the house positions cannot be determined; the reading is confined to planetary sign placements and the aspects between planets. The positions below are calculated for noon local time and are accurate to a fraction of a degree for the slow-moving bodies. One caveat: the Moon lies near a sign boundary, so without an exact time it cannot be fixed to a single sign — it sits close to 29°35' Taurus within a daily margin of about ±7°.
The Moon is near 29°35' Taurus (noon position, ±7° margin). Sun is at 6°43' Libra. Mercury is at 27°01' Libra, retrograde. Venus is at 24°24' Leo. Mars is at 4°46' Aries, retrograde. Jupiter is at 6°05' Gemini, retrograde. Saturn is at 26°40' Sagittarius. Uranus is at 27°17' Sagittarius. Neptune is at 7°27' Capricorn. Pluto is at 11°07' Scorpio.
The tightest major aspects between planets: Mercury sextile Uranus (0°16'); Mercury sextile Saturn (0°22'); Sun trine Jupiter (0°38'); Saturn conjunct Uranus (0°38'); Sun square Neptune (0°44'); Mars sextile Jupiter (1°19').
Neptune sextile Pluto (3°40') is structural but generational — an alignment of slow-moving outer planets shared across many birth years.
The engine also registers tight minor aspects involving asteroids and calculated points: Sun square Chiron (0°16'); Neptune opposite Chiron (0°28'); Neptune square Vesta (0°35'); Mercury sesquiquadrate North Node (0°42'). These are reported for completeness and carry less weight in traditional reading.
The chart was calculated using NASA JPL DE441 ephemerides, sub-arcsecond precision.

Astronomical context
Pluto moved through its own sign, Scorpio, from 1983 to 1995. In astrological tradition Pluto in Scorpio is read as an intensification of themes of power, depth, crisis, and regeneration — the generation that grew up amid the digital turn and a transformed relationship to risk.
Kevin Durant (born 1988) belongs to this generational configuration. Astrian groups profiles by such shared signatures rather than by any claim of shared destiny. Related profiles in Astrian: Stephen Curry · LeBron James · Giannis Antetokounmpo. The symbolic reading is correlative, not causal.

Symbolic reading
The following describes what classical astrological tradition associates with these configurations. Astrian does not apply these descriptions to the person's biography.
The Sun in Libra is the most prominent structural feature available without a birth time, centring the chart on balance, relationship, and proportion. There is no Ascendant or Midheaven to anchor the angles, so the reading rests on sign placements and the aspects between planets rather than on houses.
Among the personal planets, the Moon in Taurus is associated in tradition with stability, persistence, and the tangible (the Moon's sign is given for the noon chart and may shift with an exact time); Mercury in Libra with balance, relationship, and proportion; Venus in Leo with expression, pride, and the creative self; and Mars in Aries with initiative, directness, and the will to begin. These placements describe registers of feeling, thought, attraction, and action as the tradition catalogues them, independent of the life that follows.
Mercury sextile Uranus (0°16'): tradition reads thought and communication in supportive contact with disruption and innovation.
Mercury sextile Saturn (0°22'): tradition reads thought and communication in supportive contact with structure, limitation, and discipline.
Sun trine Jupiter (0°38'): tradition reads identity and central purpose in easy flow with expansion and meaning.
Saturn conjunct Uranus (0°38'): tradition reads structure, limitation, and discipline fused with disruption and innovation.
These placements are presented as a symbolic portrait, correlative and never causal — a description within the tradition's vocabulary, not an explanation of the life that follows.
Astrology is a symbolic language with 2,500 years of literature. The reading above is interpretive, not explanatory.
Astrian does not claim that the natal chart of Kevin Durant caused or determined any of the above. Astrology is a symbolic system with 2,500 years of literature. Its capacity for retrospective description does not imply explanatory capacity.
A parallel life
The following are verified biographical facts. No connection to the natal chart is implied.
Kevin Wayne Durant was born on 29 September 1988 in Washington, D.C., and grew up in the surrounding area of Maryland. He developed into one of the most highly rated young players in the country, playing one season of college basketball at the University of Texas before entering the NBA as one of the top selections in the draft.
He began his professional career with the Seattle SuperSonics, who relocated to become the Oklahoma City Thunder, where he established himself as one of the league's premier scorers, winning multiple scoring titles and being named the NBA's Most Valuable Player in 2014. Exceptionally tall for a player with the skills of a perimeter scorer, he became known for an unusually versatile and efficient offensive game.
In 2016 he joined the Golden State Warriors, with whom he won two NBA championships and was twice named the most valuable player of the Finals. He later played for the Brooklyn Nets and the Phoenix Suns, continuing to rank among the league's leading scorers.
He also enjoyed sustained success with the United States national team, winning multiple Olympic gold medals and becoming one of the most prolific scorers in the history of American Olympic basketball.
Durant is regarded as one of the finest scorers in the history of the sport and one of the defining players of his generation, a figure whose combination of size and skill reshaped expectations of what a forward could do on offence.
