About this chart
No birth time is documented for this person. The chart therefore shows planetary positions in their signs, the slow aspects between them, and the generational context — but not house placements, the Ascendant, or the Midheaven, which require an accurate birth time. The Moon's sign carries a ±6° margin: if it falls near a sign boundary, the sign could vary. Positions for all other planets are reliable.

No birth time is documented for Adele. The Ascendant, Midheaven, and house positions cannot be determined. The planetary positions below are calculated for noon local time and are accurate to within a fraction of a degree for the slow-moving planets. The Moon's position carries a margin of approximately ±7°.
The Sun is at 15°09' Taurus. The Moon is at 28°20' Sagittarius (noon position, ±7° margin). Mercury is at 1°10' Gemini. Venus is at 25°26' Gemini. Mars is at 19°02' Aquarius. Jupiter is at 13°16' Taurus. Saturn is at 2°04' Capricorn R. Uranus is at 0°39' Capricorn R. Neptune is at 10°02' Capricorn R. Pluto is at 11°04' Scorpio R.
The chart features a Yod (finger of fate) with Mercury at its apex. Mercury at 1°10' Gemini forms quincunxes to both Saturn at 2°04' Capricorn (0°54') and Uranus at 0°39' Capricorn (0°31'). Saturn and Uranus themselves are conjunct at 1°25', forming the Yod's base. This is an unusually tight three-body configuration. Additionally, the Sun and Jupiter are conjunct in Taurus (1°53'), and Jupiter opposes Pluto across the Taurus-Scorpio axis (2°12').
Three planets occupy Capricorn: Saturn at 2°04', Uranus at 0°39', and Neptune at 10°02'. This concentration in a single sign is a structural feature independent of birth time.
The tightest major aspects between planets: Mercury quincunx Uranus (0°31'), Mercury quincunx Saturn (0°54'), Saturn conjunct Uranus (1°25'), Sun conjunct Jupiter (1°53'), Jupiter opposition Pluto (2°12'), Jupiter trine Neptune (3°14'), Sun opposition Pluto (4°05').
Those born between approximately 1984 and 1995 carried Pluto in Scorpio. This generation arrived at the end of the Cold War, grew up with the rise of the internet and digital media, and came of age in the aftermath of September 11 and the 2008 financial crisis.
In astrological tradition, Pluto in Scorpio is associated with collective transformation of the domains that sign governs: intimacy, power, death and regeneration, shared resources, and the psychological depths. Pluto occupies its own sign — domicile — in this configuration, traditionally read as a particularly intense expression of the planet's symbolic register. The symbolic reading is correlative, not causal.
Others in the Astrian collection born under this configuration include Lady Gaga (1986), Drake (1986), Bruno Mars (1985), The Weeknd (1990), Rosalia (1992), Taylor Swift (1989), and Bad Bunny (1994). Adele, born in 1988, belongs to the middle years of this generational wave.
Other profiles from this Pluto in Scorpio generation
The following describes what classical astrological tradition associates with these configurations. Astrian does not apply these descriptions to the person's biography.
The Sun at 15°09' Taurus is the most prominent structural feature of this chart. Without a documented birth time, there is no Ascendant or Midheaven — the reading is confined to planetary positions by sign and the aspects between planets.
The Moon at 28°20' Sagittarius represents the noon position; the actual placement falls within approximately 7° on either side. If born early in the day, the Moon could be in the mid-degrees of Sagittarius; if born late, it might cross into Capricorn. The Moon's sign placement is uncertain at the boundaries.
Mercury at 1°10' Gemini, Venus at 25°26' Gemini, and Mars at 19°02' Aquarius complete the personal planet picture.
### The Mercury Yod
The chart's most distinctive geometric feature is a Yod — sometimes called the finger of fate in the tradition — with Mercury at its apex. Mercury at 1°10' Gemini forms simultaneous quincunxes to Saturn at 2°04' Capricorn (orb 0°54') and Uranus at 0°39' Capricorn (orb 0°31'). Saturn and Uranus, the two base planets, are themselves conjunct at 1°25'. The three bodies occupy the first two degrees of their respective signs: Gemini and Capricorn.
In astrological tradition, a Yod creates a point of intensified focus at the apex planet. The quincunx (150°) is an aspect of tension that does not resolve easily — it connects signs that share neither element, modality, nor polarity. The apex planet receives pressure from two directions simultaneously and is read as a point of necessary adjustment, redirection, or unusual channeling of energy.
Mercury governs communication, the voice (literally and symbolically), and the articulation of inner experience. In Gemini, its own sign, Mercury operates in domicile — with fluency and directness. The quincunxes from Saturn (discipline, limitation, the long term) and Uranus (disruption, originality, the unexpected) press on Mercury from the Capricorn base. Saturn demands structure; Uranus demands novelty. The Yod reads, symbolically, as a configuration where the communicative faculty is under constant, productive tension from forces that are both structuring and destabilizing.
The following are verified biographical facts. No connection to the natal chart is implied.
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins was born on 5 May 1988 in Tottenham, north London, the only child of Penny Adkins, an eighteen-year-old art student, and Mark Evans, a Welsh plumber who left the family when Adele was two. She was raised by her mother in a succession of south London neighborhoods — West Norwood, Brixton, Tulse Hill — and had no significant contact with her father until adulthood. Her mother worked as a furniture maker, a masseuse, and an adult-education administrator.
She listened, as a child, to the Spice Girls, then to Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Lauryn Hill, and Jeff Buckley. She began singing and writing songs early. At fourteen, she enrolled at the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology in Croydon, a free state school whose alumni include Amy Winehouse, Leona Lewis, and Jessie J. She graduated in 2006.
A friend posted three of her songs on Myspace. An A&R representative at XL Recordings heard them and offered a contract. Her debut album, 19 — named for her age when she wrote it — was released in January 2008. It sold 6.5 million copies, was nominated for the Mercury Prize, and won two Grammy Awards.
21 (2011) exceeded any commercially reasonable projection. Produced primarily by Paul Epworth and Rick Rubin, it spent 23 consecutive weeks at number one in the United Kingdom and 24 weeks at number one in the United States. It sold more than 31 million copies worldwide, making it the best-selling album of the twenty-first century. It won six Grammy Awards in 2012, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year for "Rolling in the Deep." The album was written in the aftermath of a breakup; its emotional directness and the scale of its commercial success were, in combination, unprecedented for a British singer of her generation.
The theme song for Skyfall (2012), the James Bond film, won the Academy Award for Best Original Song and a Grammy Award.
25 (2015) debuted with 3.38 million copies sold in its first week in the United States — the largest single-week sales figure in Nielsen SoundScan history. It sold 22 million copies worldwide.

### Sun conjunct Jupiter in Taurus
The Sun at 15°09' Taurus and Jupiter at 13°16' Taurus are within 1°53' of conjunction. The Sun represents the chart's central identity and vitality. Jupiter represents expansion, abundance, and the amplification of what it touches. Their conjunction in Taurus — a sign associated with material value, sensory experience, and endurance — merges identity with the impulse to amplify, in a register that is grounded rather than abstract.
### Jupiter opposition Pluto
Jupiter at 13°16' Taurus opposes Pluto at 11°04' Scorpio retrograde, orb 2°12'. Jupiter expands; Pluto transforms and intensifies. Oppositions create polarity — a productive tension between two forces. The Taurus-Scorpio axis, in the tradition, governs the relationship between what is possessed and what is shared, between material security and psychological depth. The opposition between the planet of expansion and the planet of transformation across this axis is read as a configuration of considerable intensity.
### The Capricorn concentration
Three outer planets in Capricorn — Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune — constitute a generational stellium that is shared by many born in the late 1980s. Saturn and Uranus conjunct at 1°25' forms the tight core; Neptune at 10°02' adds a third layer. In the tradition, this concentration in Capricorn — a sign of structure, authority, and institutional form — is associated with a generation that would witness and participate in the restructuring of institutions, governance, and the architecture of public life.
The planetary pattern here is read as a symbolic portrait, not a causal explanation. No planet caused, predicted, or determined any event or characteristic.
